Please READ before booking, no refunds will be given due to failure to read my policies before booking. Once you book an appointment you are agreeing to all of my policies stated below! Your hair must be washed and detangled within 24 hours before your appointment. Not detangling your hair can result in cancellation of your appointment or a $20 fee. If your hair is not clean or properly blown out I will decline service. ABSOLUTELY NO PRODUCTS SHOULD BE IN YOUR HAIR, that includes oil and grease.
CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to reschedule your appointment you must contact me within 5 business days before your appointment, failure to do so will result in forfeit of your deposit and you must rebook on the website. You must reach out to me on my business number to properly cancel your appointment. Customers who dont cancel or arrive for their scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the cost of their service. You are only allowed to reschedule ONCE using the same deposit.
KIDS POLICY ‼ PLEASE READ
Your child must be a least 10 years of age and the child must be dropped off, no extra guests. Please be on time to pick up your child.
SICK POLICY
If you are sick on the day of your appointment please inform me . Showing up to your appointment sick can result in being canceled mid appointment . If you do happen to fall sick the day of your appointment unfortunately that deposit is now Voided.
Changing Services the day of your appointment
The style you book will be the amount you pay. You cannot book a certain style and change the appointment to a style that costs less unless you are willing to still pay the same amount of the initial style booked.
LATE FEES
Late fee charge Is $10 after 10 minutes late. If you’re more than 15 minutes late your appointment is canceled unless I've spoken with you prior to arriving late. Please continue to wait in your car until your appointment time, unless I stated you can come earlier. All remaining payments are CASH ONLY‼️ If you wish to pay via cashapp it will be a $5 fee
MEDIA
Customers agree to have all parts of their service recorded. Customers give consent to the stylist to take photographs of the provided service.

I accept VIP appointments on Mondays and Fridays for $50 extra. You must contact me personally in order to book on one of these days. (803) 679 6722 Same day appointments will be charged an additional $15
Day of Holiday appointments are an extra $30 and that is for ALL holidays major and minor.
By booking an appointment on that day you are agreeing to and accepting the extra charge.
